Great Location: the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had easy access to transportation. It was a short distance to the mall and there were plenty of options for dining nearby.
Poor Shuttle Service: the shuttle service provided by the hotel was unreliable and inconsistent. We had to wait for a long time on multiple occasions, and sometimes even had to call to get a shuttle.

The location of this hotel is superb. It's close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were pleased to find out that it is also conveniently situated near a mall and a bus stop to New York.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the rooms are newly renovated and offer a perfect view over the airport, which was a delightful surprise. The staff provides excellent service and is very friendly. Additionally, the location is ideal as it is right opposite the Jersey Gardens outlet mall, perfect for some shopping therapy.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was flawless.
